TFT4iT in brief
TFT4iT is a 100 % Web-based application for 3D interoperability, dedicated to OEM partners who wish to import 3D data into their software in a modern Web infrastructure.
TFT4iT works directly on data from all native or generic 3D data formats (more than 20 formats).
TFT4iT comes with a new business model based on lease with unique price for all supported formats.
TFT4iT is Web-based, which means: communication, openness and scalability. Unlike traditional desktop applications or libraries, TFT4iT does not require any installation and runs on a wide range of OS and devices. Just use your web browser to sign in and you are ready to go.
TFT4iT uses the JSON open format (JSON3D) to deliver access to data. TFT4iT comprises a toolkit with documentation and sample code to speed up reading JSON data into the target software.
TFT4iT product portfolio includes 4 levels (Team, Pro, Pro+, Enterprise) with various functionality and architecture options.
Main Functionalities
- Import of 3D data (assemblies, parts, PMI, views) from Catia™, Solidworks™, PTC-Creo™, Siemens-NX™, JT™, Inventor™, Parasolid™, ...
- Import of CAD exact geometry in a STEP-compliant way.
- Import can be performed directly on end-users' machine with NO transfer of data through the web (Google Chrome browser only).
- Import can be performed on a server machine for use in centralized infrastructure

Option 72: TFT4iT can run disconnected in rescue mode for a limited period of time (72 hours), to accommodate with network outages.
